WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS AND DO YOU OFFER PICK UP OR DROP OFF SERVICES?
We are strictly 'by appointment only'. We are a small boutique boarding facility and while our guests are in their common areas, we do not want to leave them unattended.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR MEDICATIONS?
We are happy to administer medications at no extra charge. However all medications must be in their original packaging with the veterinarians details and instructions clearly visible on the original packaging. All information regarding medications must be clearly stated in the customers information and application forms.
Unfortunately at this present time we cannot accommodate diabetic dogs.
I HAVE MORE THAN ONE DOG, CAN THEY STAY TOGETHER IN THEIR PRIVATE CABIN?
Definitely. Your pooches will have a wonderful time together cuddled up in their four poster bed gazing out the window and watching a movie on their flat screen.
DO YOU OFFER GROOMING SERVICES?
We do not currently offer full grooming services. For long periods of stay we can organise full grooming services for your pooch. We can advise on the fees upon application. We do have bathing facilities available if needed and we will do our best to send your pooch home with a coat as soft and supple as the day they arrived with us.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY WITH MY DOG WHILE I AM AWAY?
If there is an emergency concerning your pooch while you are away, we will do everything we can to contact you and inform you of the situation. We have a list of qualified vets in the area and we will make sure every action is taken to get your fur baby the care it needs. Please make sure to carefully read and fill out the contact/ application form as well as the terms and conditions to help ensure we can provide your pooch the best possible care.
DO YOU SEND UPDATES ON HOW MY FUR BABY IS DOING?
We would love to send you photos and updates about how much fun your pooch is having. We know how hard it is to be away from your kids and how great it is to know they are having a great time! Please let us know the best way to send you updates.
